Inositol (B8) is considered by most researchers to be a vitamin factor of the B vitamin complex.

Usage:

Take 4 grams of powder (2 grams in the morning / 2 grams in the evening), half an hour before meals or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.
The powder dissolves easily in water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
